Hello and Welcome! My name is Kimberley Schuler and I am married to Daniel. We have been married almost 24 years. Together we have 5 adult children and 4 adorable grandkids. Our life together has been a journey of love, support and sometimes crazy ideas! I have always been in retail, I love it! I enjoyed connecting with customers, having passion for products and sharing about them, I love merchandising and I loved the business aspect of it especially teaching others and building incredible teams. I have been fortunate to not only work for great companies but great leaders too. I spent the majority of my retail career at Bath & Body Works at almost 14 years. I loved every moment of working there but I started to crave something new and challenging. LEGO reached out to me and I decided to leave and start a new journey. The company and the brand were amazing and while I enjoyed my time there but I struggled with creating relationships with my customers, I was not a LEGO enthusiast and it began to wear on me and I was not happy. This is where I share with you that I managed for Motherhood Maternity for 5 years prior to my BBW stint. I LOVED that job!!! I enjoyed being a part of a pregnancy journey. The best days were when women would leave in happy tears because I helped make them feel beautiful (and comfortable).The connections I built with my customers were amazing and I looked forward to going to work every day. I will never forget the day I called my boss to tell her I was leaving, we both cried but I was taking a new job that paid more and offered me a few more career possibilities. Now that you have a little back story, let me share this incredible moment I had with my husband and how we opened our maternity store. Knowing that my daughters had to do a majority of their maternity shopping online as Motherhood had shut its stores (at least all the ones in Utah) and the big box stores had limited options, I told my husband that I wanted to open a store and I wanted to have a boutique style maternity shop. He liked the idea and completely supported the idea. I shared my idea with him on Feb. 9, 2024 and we actually managed to open our doors on April 5, 2024!! To say that it has been a bit crazy is a understatement. I walked away from corporate retail(and a steady paycheck) and we can proudly say that we are business owners. I have already had some amazing customers come in and the excitement and appreciation they have for me opening a much needed store has been so validating. I have had so much fun building wardrobes, finding stylish clothes and watching women try things on with the faux belly pillow. The other amazing thing that happens by having in-store shopping is woman can bring their partners, families and friends in and they can all be a part of the shopping experience. I am so proud of what my husband and I have created both with our own family but with this new adventure in our lives. Thank you for visiting our website and for reading our story.
